IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Arthur is generally pretty fastidious, and a snappy dresser, though he goes for quality over flashiness. He probably looks most like a businessman. He's lanky and lean but very fit.
•DEMEANOR: Pretty calm and collected and professional most of the time, he's also got a rather dry sense of humor and he's been known to flirt when the mood strikes him. He carries himself well with good posture, and for the most part speaks like an educated man, though sometimes his grammar devolves into working-class slang.
•ABILITIES: He's got a lot of combat training, in both firearms and hand-to-hand, though he's a baseline human so he has all the limitations of a normal guy. He's also quite clever, but again: baseline human, not genius-grade.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: No allergies to speak of, and generally he's in peak physical condition, with one major exception - Arthur hasn't had a natural REM cycle in years and he's a bit of an insomniac who keeps weird hours because of that. These are all the side-effects of his prolonged use of the drug somnacin, and they won't be cured by - well - anything, really. He's just accepted it as part of his life by now.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Nothing in particular.
IC PERMISSIONS:
•MENTAL: For the most part this is okay, but if your character has psychic abilities or especially abilities related to dreaming, let me know - Arthur's subconscious is highly well-trained to recognize intruders, so psychics and others might have a tough time invading his mind.
•MIMICRY: Sure, just let me know and we'll work something out.
•VIOLENCE: Sure, just let me know! I love playing out fight scenes.
•MAGIC: Sure! Arthur is totally susceptible to magic.
•DEBATE: They can sure try but Arthur is pretty good about avoiding arguments unless he feels really passionate about something.
•HUGGING/KISSING/PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Sure, but keep in mind he's not a very physically affectionate guy so things might get awkward.
•SHIPS: I'm open to stuff, but Arthur is unlikely to be interested in more than a one-night stand. Considering he assumes most of the people he meets aren't even real, getting a relationship going would be kinda tough.
•OTHER / NOTES: Nothing I can think of at this time!

INFORMATION GATHERING
So in Arthur's job as the point man, he has to do a lot of research - and he's pretty damn good at it, too! That said, he'll want to do a fair amount of that here, as well - knowledge is power, after all, and getting home will probably require a lot of knowledge. Not to mention if he does dream share stuff on the turtle.
So basically what I want to know from you is: is it okay for Arthur to find out things about your character - mostly from public network comments, but also he could potentially do other PI-type things, like interviewing people/kedan, trying to figure out daily habits and routines, that kind of thing. He won't necessarily do this for just anyone, but he may definitely want to keep tabs on a few people without directly interacting with them.

DREAM SHARING
Arthur has publicly offered his services in dream sharing a couple of times now on the network. Specifically, here and here, which means he is officially open for business on the dream share front. If your character would be interested in doing something related to this, either as a general "I want to learn subconscious security" thing or something more specific to trigger character development or plots, please feel free to let me know! If they would be a potentially regular client of Arthur's, here is a form you can fill out in a comment here so I can keep track of who his clients will be and what they'll be working on!

Yes! Mavis is very open about the network, so he won't even have to worry about hacking in.
Can Arthur find things out in other ways i.e. interviewing NPCs?:
Indeed, should he ever be pinged onto Mavis. Given her relative harmlessness and simplicity overall, it's not likely, BUT THE OPTION'S THERE.
If yes, is there anything in particular that you do or do not want Arthur to find out?:
Not against any finds. Arthur'd be likely to learn that she goes out only at night and that her job is "pest control" at one of the agricultural plots just outside the city. Her job here? Eating any and every bug that appears while she flitters about in bat form.
Ororo Munroe | Storm

Have at it! Like Mavis, Ororo barely encrypts her material. The most likely 'locked' material for her would be X-Men or Young Allies material.

All manner of things are fine, up to and including the nature of her powers. Ororo tends to spend her spare time hanging out or shopping, with her late afternoons and early evenings on the network. She works with some of the farms, tweaking the weather to avoid lost harvest potentials.

Feel free. Tony's a diva and loves it when people talk about him. Chances are, he's stalked the same posts.

With regards to his public persona as Tony Stark, definitely! Sightings of Iron Man are fine and don't even worry about linking the identities, because WHAT AM SECRET IDENTITIES. The difficult-to-discover material'd be Stark Industries technology, as he keeps the development pretty closely monitored for a variety of reasons. Details about the Mark VI armour would be even harder to find outside of anecdotes due to his care over keeping its designs secret.

Pretty much nailed the nopes above. Otherwise, Tony's a bit eccentric in that he'll go through bursts of public activity, then weeks secluded in his suite/workshop to develop prototypes, etc. His hours are wildly varied and his suite has fairly regular deliveries of alcohol from local distillers because LOLOL TONY...
Una Persson and Lord Henry Wotton

If yes, is there anything in particular that you do or do not want Arthur to find out?: Una isn't exactly going to broadcast to all and sundry that she's a time traveller, but she will not hide it from people she's friendly with. It'll be something of an open secret.

If yes, is there anything in particular that you do or do not want Arthur to find out?: Henry apparently spends a few hours every day after lunch loafing around an arty little bookstore in the Wood sector owned by a kedan named Daowei. In fact, he's organising and cataloguing the stock, and occasionally helping customers. He's basically exactly the Lord Henry who features in The Picture of Dorian Gray; in the CoDG canon, the book is a real thing based on the life of the title character, and headcanon is that Oscar also immortalised Henry (a society rival) in its pages.

Can Arthur find things out in other ways i.e. interviewing NPCs?: Definitely, and Jack has a fairly cohesive relationship with the kedan because he spoils their kids and so they don't mind him.
If yes, is there anything in particular that you do or do not want Arthur to find out?: Mostly they all call him "Snow Boy" and they know he can control snow and ice. He tends to be very helpful to the kedan in general, he makes deliveries for people by flying, and he's super protective of the kids. He's never ever seen without his staff.
Also he basically embodies the whole "manipulating the environment" that Arthur is keeping an eye out for lol. Like the snow weekend didn't give that away.

Can Arthur have/use information posted publicly on the network by or about your character?: Yes, but anything the Doctor has encrypted is off-limits (#supergeniusalien), and I would appreciate a heads-up if he finds any information that would lead him to believe Caroline is a vampire, as well as dialogue with me before she is publicly outed as such, if a situation like that arises.

If yes, is there anything in particular that you do or do not want Arthur to find out?: The Doctor has no set routine or living patterns. His daily shenanigans are never recurring. NEW ADVENTURES EVERY DAY, ETC. Caroline goes off on random hikes all the time, which is odd for a teenage girl in heels; I suppose. Also, she hangs around at the hospital/clinic (if there is one; don't judge me i don't remember/haven't asked yet). She also moves around town oddly fast. People all over the island see her at near the same time and it does not logistically make sense, golly gosh hm (#vampiresuperspeed). If you ever want to know more things, let me know. I TRUST YOU, FRODA ♥ If you think Arthur sees something that sets off red, vampire flags, then just let me know ahead of time, and Arthur can totally be in on the secret.

What services are they interested in?: She's curious and wary, because this is her professional turf, so she wants to know more. She will lie like a goddamn rug if she has to.
Any powers, abilities etc that might interact in weird ways with the dream sharing drugs/tech?: Emma is one of the most powerful telepaths in Marvel, and depending on who's writing, strong telepaths are very difficult to subvert subconsciously, or outright don't have a subconscious. (The latter is bullshit, but, y'know, comics.) Emma herself is very good at defeating mechanical forms of interfering with psi, and can command her body to wash drugs out of her system if she wants. She can will herself to lucid dream as she goes to sleep, or set a mental trigger to snap into lucidity if someone tries to meddle. Basically her mind is on total lockdown and she's pretty much the best in the business at astral combat.
Anything else?: I just want to slam two different universes' worth of metaphysics into each other and see what happens.
