IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Arthur is generally pretty fastidious, and a snappy dresser, though he goes for quality over flashiness. He probably looks most like a businessman. He's lanky and lean but very fit.
•DEMEANOR: Pretty calm and collected and professional most of the time, he's also got a rather dry sense of humor and he's been known to flirt when the mood strikes him. He carries himself well with good posture, and for the most part speaks like an educated man, though sometimes his grammar devolves into working-class slang.
•ABILITIES: He's got a lot of combat training, in both firearms and hand-to-hand, though he's a baseline human so he has all the limitations of a normal guy. He's also quite clever, but again: baseline human, not genius-grade.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: No allergies to speak of, and generally he's in peak physical condition, with one major exception - Arthur hasn't had a natural REM cycle in years and he's a bit of an insomniac who keeps weird hours because of that. These are all the side-effects of his prolonged use of the drug somnacin, and they won't be cured by - well - anything, really. He's just accepted it as part of his life by now.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Nothing in particular.

IC PERMISSIONS:
•MENTAL: For the most part this is okay, but if your character has psychic abilities or especially abilities related to dreaming, let me know - Arthur's subconscious is highly well-trained to recognize intruders, so psychics and others might have a tough time invading his mind.
•MIMICRY: Sure, just let me know and we'll work something out.
•VIOLENCE: Sure, just let me know! I love playing out fight scenes.
•MAGIC: Sure! Arthur is totally susceptible to magic.
•DEBATE: They can sure try but Arthur is pretty good about avoiding arguments unless he feels really passionate about something.
•HUGGING/KISSING/PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Sure, but keep in mind he's not a very physically affectionate guy so things might get awkward.
•SHIPS: I'm open to stuff, but Arthur is unlikely to be interested in more than a one-night stand. Considering he assumes most of the people he meets aren't even real, getting a relationship going would be kinda tough.
•OTHER / NOTES: Nothing I can think of at this time!

INFORMATION GATHERING

So in Arthur's job as the point man, he has to do a lot of research - and he's pretty damn good at it, too! That said, he'll want to do a fair amount of that here, as well - knowledge is power, after all, and getting home will probably require a lot of knowledge. Not to mention if he does dream share stuff on the turtle.

So basically what I want to know from you is: is it okay for Arthur to find out things about your character - mostly from public network comments, but also he could potentially do other PI-type things, like interviewing people/kedan, trying to figure out daily habits and routines, that kind of thing. He won't necessarily do this for just anyone, but he may definitely want to keep tabs on a few people without directly interacting with them.

DREAM SHARING

Arthur has publicly offered his services in dream sharing a couple of times now on the network. Specifically, here and here, which means he is officially open for business on the dream share front. If your character would be interested in doing something related to this, either as a general "I want to learn subconscious security" thing or something more specific to trigger character development or plots, please feel free to let me know! If they would be a potentially regular client of Arthur's, here is a form you can fill out in a comment here so I can keep track of who his clients will be and what they'll be working on!

Feel free. Tony's a diva and loves it when people talk about him. Chances are, he's stalked the same posts.

With regards to his public persona as Tony Stark, definitely! Sightings of Iron Man are fine and don't even worry about linking the identities, because WHAT AM SECRET IDENTITIES. The difficult-to-discover material'd be Stark Industries technology, as he keeps the development pretty closely monitored for a variety of reasons. Details about the Mark VI armour would be even harder to find outside of anecdotes due to his care over keeping its designs secret.

Pretty much nailed the nopes above. Otherwise, Tony's a bit eccentric in that he'll go through bursts of public activity, then weeks secluded in his suite/workshop to develop prototypes, etc. His hours are wildly varied and his suite has fairly regular deliveries of alcohol from local distillers because LOLOL TONY...
