Or recognize Joseph Gordon Levitt, for that matter. • offensive subjects Most things are fair game; rape is usually something I don't want to deal with however. If in doubt, just ask me! IC • physical contact Sure! He may not necessarily want to reciprocate, but in general this is fine. • romance Arthur is unattached but more likely to go for casual, one-night stands. See below for details. • fighting Arthur is all right in a fight, but he's a normal human being with all the limitations that go with it. So let's talk it out. • injuries or death In general I'm okay with this stuff but we should talk about it beforehand. • timeline Post-film. SHIPPING • orientation Bisexual. • preferred ships My 100% always down for this ship is Arthur/Ariadne. I'm less keen on Arthur/Eames but I'm not opposed. Other pairings with canon characters, let's talk about it first. • smut I'm happy to do smut, Arthur can get around when he wants to. • cross-canon I'm always down for cross-canon shippy shenanigans. Arthur is more inclined to casual/one night stand stuff in general, but I'm not opposed to something more long-term if it starts going in that direction. WARNINGS/OTHER NOTES • Arthur isn't a terrible person, per se, but he doesn't have many qualms about hopping into people's minds without their consent in order to steal ideas from them. He wouldn't do this to someone he considers a friend - that's a line he won't cross. But if you're interested in hiring him for some mind crime, let's talk it out! Similarly, if you want to opt-out of threading with Arthur for any reason, just drop me a line - via PM, plurk, or here (comments are screened) and I will certainly respect your wishes. • DREAM SHARING: in Mask or Menace, Arthur has the ability to enter people's dreams while they sleep. If you are familiar with Inception, then you know basically what Arthur can do -except he doesn't need a PASIV device or somnacin to do it anymore! He can build a dream layout, draw a subject's subconscious into it, and steal information from them.
